The terms for using neuramesh.xyz, a prototype site that publishes information, demonstrates interfaces with simulated data and accepts one application form.

// 01

What this site is

NeuraMesh publishes documentation, research and demonstration interfaces for a proposed market in capacity-backed AI compute. No smart contract is deployed, no capacity is listed for sale, no order is executed and no funds move. Any price, listing, order, balance or settlement shown on the site is reference data or a simulation and is labelled as such.

// 02

What you may and may not do

You may read, link to and quote the site with attribution. You may not misrepresent the prototype as an operating service, scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others, submit false information through the provider form, or attempt to access systems that are not publicly offered.

// 03

No offer, no advice

Nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any token, security, derivative, insurance policy or compute capacity. Nothing here is investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Descriptions of fees, discounts, forwards, hedges, margin or insurance are design proposals and may never ship.

// 04

Provider applications

The provider application form sends your details to the NeuraMesh team by email so we can talk. Submitting it creates no listing, agreement or obligation on either side. We may decline or not respond.

// 05

Liability and changes

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, NeuraMesh and its contributors are not liable for decisions made in reliance on prototype material. These terms may change; the date at the top is the version that applies.

// Straight answers

Questions, answered.

Can I buy compute or tokens here?

No. There is no inventory, no token sale and no deployed contract. The site is a prototype.

Which law applies?

This section is left for legal review. The operating entity and governing law will be stated here before public launch.
